Job Description

Job ScopeThe E-commerce Operations Officer is accountable for processing purchases and sales orders on a daily basis including the placement and tracking of orders, management of shipments, and order fulfillment.Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders for all products in compliance with the companys policies and procedures;
  • Receive, review, acknowledge, and place customer sales orders accurately and promptly on the ERP system;
  • Fulfill orders once released from credit;
  • Track shipments and update internal stakeholders on order backlogs and information;
  • Work with logistics, sales, and credit teams to ensure order fulfillment in a timely manner;
  • Handle customer complaints in a timely manner and escalate issues when necessary;
  • Investigate product complaints and raise Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests with Vendors;
  • Invoice software, services, and licenses to customers following credit approval.
  • Receive stock and assure its valid.
  • Manage in-bound and out-bound shipments and assure accurate inventory.
Requirements
  • Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration or any other related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Microsoft Excel
  • E-commerce experience is a plus
