Job Description

Position Title: Director of OperationsEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 25K SAR depending on experience and qualifications plus company car and car allowanceJob Location: Al Khobar, KSA About the Client: An industrial catering services company in KSA.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple catering sites, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and regulatory compliance and close coordination with support functions.
  • Manage budgets, control operational costs, and implement strategies to maintain profitability without compromising quality.
  • Effectively manage multiple remote locations, ensuring consistent standards, communication, and reporting across all sites.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Lead and develop managers, ensuring they meet operational goals, promote teamwork, and foster a positive, collaborative company culture.
