Job Description

Purpose of Position:??This position will be responsible of developing and executing the data analytics and provide data mining solutions through the use of Database query tools, Dash boards and Business Intelligence (BI) Techniques to enhance capabilities and productivity of the Financial data analysis function. Furthermore, he will participate in assessing the utilization of ERP and information system audit assignments.?

  • ?????????Develop, maintain, and innovate database solutions for Finance Department.
  • ?????????Gathering, analyzing and assuring quality of the data to meet Financial department requirements. This includes perform complex data analytic procedures on a diverse scope of problems.
  • ?????????Document the analytic results in a way that can be understood and used for financial analysis purposes.
  • ?????????Create automated reporting (e.g. Receivables, P&L and other reports as requested by management)
  • ?????????Create cyclical reporting packages and create methodology for regular analysis of data.
  • ?????????Understand the Functionality/Business activities performed inside the ERP and other software.
  • ?????????Examine the data warehouse structure to determine the best tables and columns that contain the important information.
  • ?????????Participate in building and maintaining a centralized data warehouse and create rules in Microsoft SQL to data allocate across multiple dimensions.
  • ?????????Performing an ERP Assessment to determine how the ERP is utilized and identify opportunities for generating additional value (missed opportunities).
  • ?????????Perform other tasks as assigned by Finance management.
