and QualificationsThe holder of this position isresponsible for the local statutory and tax reporting for the Air Products legal entities in Saudi Arabia with the objective to ensure that the legal entities are compliant with local tax and accounting requirements.In this respect the incumbent has the responsibility for the preparation of the Statutory Financial Statements including the planning and execution of the statutory audits with the external auditors in Saudi Arabia.The job holder also needs to support other finance related activities for functions that do not have in-country resources.These include tax related activities and guidance to Business Services as well as due diligence support to M&A transactions and new investment projects.The company?s growth in the region demands an in-country finance manager with change management skills and ability to provide direction in complex transactions and circumstances under consideration of tax and accounting regulations. Even the incumbent has a direct reporting line to a director in Spain in the Global Accounting department, it is expected that the position holder operates in an independent way managing the local accounting and tax matters with the local Finance team.The position has currently 1 direct report in-country.
