Job Description

As a Cost Estimation Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to analyze project specifications and blueprints to accurately estimate the costs involved in construction and engineering projects, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and financial goals.Collaborating extensively with interdisciplinary teams, including project managers, architects, and procurement specialists, to compile essential data for comprehensive cost evaluations encompassing elements like materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor provisions.?Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide overall estimating technical expertise in support of oil and gas capital projects and especially for the Ethylene Petrochemical Projects
  • Be able to utilize computer-estimating application ACCE and other solutions in support of developing cost estimates to different levels of accuracy.
  • Familiar with ACCE Engineering Information Uploading Template
  • Contractual/Commercial knowledge of working regulations and procedures preferably in Saudi Arabia (ARAMCO)
  • Coordinate and resolve estimating problems with personnel throughout the Company and with contractor organizations.
  • Prepare multidisciplinary conceptual and definitive cost estimates for Client capital projects.
  • Prepare and review of cost estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the scope of work.
  • Participate in the analysis of major capital projects to plan the most cost-effective executions in light of experience and current industry practices.
