Job Description

Objectives:Our client is a leading real estate company, is looking for a Compliance Supervisor to ensure that the company understands and complies with any rules or regulations that apply to the publicly listed company issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) or related regulators.Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in establishing a clear over-riding governance framework which defines how the organization?s Corporate Governance Documents are established, developed, reviewed, maintained, updated, and approved as per Corporate Governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in annual update of the governance framework which defines the Corporate Governance Frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with company needs, best practice and regulators? requirements.
  • Practice an open transparent and constructive relationship with regulators to ensure prompt awareness of regulatory requirements and changes related to corporate governance.
  • ensure that the company understands and complies with any rules or regulations that apply to publicly listed company issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) or related regulators;
  • Assist in Managing all Governance Documents communications and ensure they are promptly communicated to the concerned parties.
  • Development of annual Board Report .
  • Assist on managing and planning the work of the company policies and procedures towards the company governance, disclosure and managing general assemblies.
  • Develop and uploads on Tadawul portal all the company related updates
  • Collaborate closely with all the HQ functions (Legal, Finance, HR ?) in executing the various projects
  • Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously Revise procedures, reports etc.
  • Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company
  • Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies as appropriate
