Job Description

IT Command Centre

  • Incident analysis & technical analysis for the incidents assigned.
  • Coordinate for problem management from platform teams and provide updates e.g., due dates
  • IT performance management
  • Configure Prod environment monitoring through SCOM / Dynatrace
  • Apps upgrades as appropriate using SCOM / Dynatrace
  • Reconciliation activities e.g., Card Transactions
Deployment supportTechnical verifications & support for all retail & warehouse channels; and deployment of select few apps currently done by GIB ITProduction supportAdhoc reports, new application go live support, UAT support, application transition & knowledge base creation.HypercareHypercare supportReports & checklistsAdhoc & Monthly reports - Retail / Wholesale/ Enterprise Platform Compliance / FraudChecklists ?
