Job Description

and QualificationsPerform procurement of material / equipment packages as assigned in accordance with company?s policies, procedures and code of conducts, to ensure the following:

  • RFQ Process is fair, open and ethical
  • Review material requisition (technical package) to ensure the quality of the package before releasing RFQ to vendors.
  • Ensure applicable T&Cs are communicated to vendors along with RFQ package.
  • Float enquires through company portal & receive bids
  • Act as SPOC to clarify all TQs between Engineering/Specifier & Vendors during RFQ stage.
  • Attend technical meetings with stakeholder to access & understand the technical evaluation criteria.
  • Negotiate commercial T&Cs with short-list vendors
  • Perform overall commercial negotiation with vendors
  • Ensure time placement of all orders on the project as per project?s schedule.
  • Regularly analyze categories of spend to determine potential opportunities regarding cost optimization.
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders throughout the procurement life cycle.
  • Ensure regular status update of all ongoing activities as well as overall procurement reporting
