(RSMC) is one of the leading companies in the health care system.RSMC established in 2014 by Saudi Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine experts.For more information visit our Website Rehasportsmcl.comWe are looking for an Biomedical Engineer to handle the technical and clinical support for clients, hospitals and clinics, by providing needed information and training, managing quotations and administrative tasks.Duties & Responsibilities & Standards of Performance:Service administration:Attending training efficiently/ becoming highly knowledgeable & specialized about company capital equipment?s.Manage spare part inventory to have at all-time sufficient quantities and partsCoordinate client resources and assign project tasks.Provide advanced problem solving, troubleshooting and system consultation as needed for client.Managing all capital equipment?s which are under maintenance contractManaging all capital equipment?s which are under warranty with clients/supplierManaging parts exchange which are under warrantyplacing spare parts orders, and following up on all the shipment procedures, until shipment reach destinationMonitoring movement of all Demo unitsMonitoring all lease project, by reviewing contract and following up on fulfilling those contractsKeeping a professional image of the company by having high work ethics, superior product knowledge and solid information about products, procedures, and competition and by spreading knowledge.Managerial/Administrative:1. Optimizing time in assigned territory while keeping cost at lowest rate.2. Keeping track of any customer?s history, requests and dealing with the company by filling, updating and organizing the green files.3. Preparing his/her monthly schedule in coordination with the Assistant Sales Manager.4. Submitting a daily report about his/her daily activities & achievements.Knowledge:I. Educational Background:1.
