  • preparing and making croissants
  • Danish and bread
  • knowledge in International dessert
  • Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting.
  • Enhancing the menus and platters of associated restaurants to satisfied customers and improve business.
  • Understanding the customer requirements and demands, and preparing dishes accordingly to expand the existing menu.
  • Frequently monitoring the ingredients stock to detect requirements and place orders ensuring the expenses are within the company budget.
