Major contracting company in Saudi Arabia requires an experience Architect for the Tendering Department.Candidates MUST have experience working as an Architect in the Tendering Department of a reputable contactor in Saudi Arabia with the folliowing:ARCHITECT for Tendering Department :?Qualifications we are looking for:?????????Architectural degree (4 years/Bsc) and background.?????????Minimum 10 years of experience?????????Must be using MS excel and AutoCad and REVIT (or similar) efficiently & comfortably.?????????Must have tendering / unit rate analysis & preparation / cost analysis / quantity take off background and experience.?????????Teamwork oriented, and with analytical skills.?His Duties & Responsibilities will be:?????????effectively executing spec reviews/drawing reviews / material & quantity take offs from drawings and verifying the BOQs provided by Client?s in Tender package?????????preparing packages for vendors/suppliers during tendering stage to collect prices for material & service supply from the market and to price the related scope items accordingly for the tender preparation.?????????building up new unit rates and cost analysis for work items in the BOQs and to provide the tender cost for the project scope
