Job Description

APQ COOP Trainee - Legal and QualificationsPOSITION SUMMARY

  • The CO-OP will be part of the legal team for Air Products Qudra in the Dhahran Techno Valley (DTV).
  • Primary focus is to learn how to provide legal support services to Air Products Qudra and its subsidiaries.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
  • Assists with documentation and administration of legal transactions.
  • Provides legal review and analysis of various types of contracts.
  • Prepares first draft of legal memos/work products.
  • Provides occasional non-legal support, e.g. in drafting and editing correspondence.
  • Performs any other assignments as requested by the Head of Legal.
  • Participate in continuous improvement/training activities.
