Ensure correct accounting of unbilled revenue (Work in Progress) to reflect fair performance of the organization every month.
Ensure invoices raised are accounted correctly and unbilled revenue reversed.
Constantly review the A/R balances and highlight any delinquency.
Maintain all documentation to substantiate all invoicing.
Ensure the A/R ledger balance is reconciled with the control account at all times.
Inform invoicing section of any receivables claims not invoiced or of any wrong invoicing.
Inform Sales staff of impending advances to be collected (household sales), delinquent receivables.
