Job Description

  1. Maintain the Accounts Payable Ledger in timely manner with proper and sufficient documentations (invoices, P.O, statement of accounts)
  2. Monthly recording for all accruals expenses, monitor the supporting schedule.
  3. Provide reconciliation against supplier?s books, along with balance confirmation.
  4. Apply the company?s policy for all daily business activities to ensure proper recording, reporting.
  5. Ensure the accuracy of all payments vouchers prior to send it for final approvals.
  6. Guide the AP accountant for all requirements for invoices booking, payments processing.ÿ
