Able to handle the Branch operations and accounts independently.
Should possess sound knowledge on core accounting principles and entries.
Should be able to generate financials and other management reports from time to time.
P&L report, Balance Sheet report.
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Monthly Ageing Summary Report.
Bank Reconciliation Statement & Fund position reports.
Stock Movement reports & Inventory count reports.
Other Management reports as per requirement.
Should have good communication skills (oral & written) for both Arabic and English.
Should have good experience in handling Excel & Word doc.
Good Knowledge in Vlookup, Pivot table, Sumifs etc
Should be able to handle independently KSA VAT reports & payments as per the government rules.
Sound Knowledge on KSA customs rules and regulations and other compliances.
Should co-ordinate with Branch Manager, Warehouse in charge and others regarding inventory management & pending collections from time to time.
Should co-ordinate with H.O and take suggestion before release of any commission or staff final settlements etc.
