?Operating machineries.?Monitoring progress in an assigned area of a production lines.?Complying with safety and quality standards.?Liaising with the previous and next lines of production work.?Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining assigned equipment.?Reporting equipment breakdowns, any problems or faults with products, machineries immediately.?Carry out preventive/periodical for maintenance machines and equipment.?Supports the production manager in the implementation of all production instructions and schedules, with using the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).?Record all packaging materials and tools.?Always maintain a high standard of food hygiene safety.?Follow all aspects of the Food Safety System, with particular attention to Critical Control Points (CCP).?Carry out daily, weekly and monthly cleaning routine for machines and equipment.?Ensures that production meets the required quality and quantity of products on time and at the least possible cost.
