An Accountant is responsible for managing and reportingÿfinancial information for the company. The accountant shall be responsible for different accountancy areas e.g. journal entry posting, bank reconciliations, processing of payments, recording of receivables and receipts.úÿRecording and categorizing expenses and preparing financial reports.úUpdating books of accounts via accounting systemÿúMaintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation.úAnalyzing financial data so they can recommend ways to help the organization run proficiently.úTaking care of tax returns and making sure theyre paid in time.úRecording purchase of fixed assets, expenses and other payments,ÿúPreparing bank payments / remittances advice and arranging reviews by Senior Accountant & HOF,ÿúMaintain and reconcile books of accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.úMaintain general ledger by transferring accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.úConducts routine data entry management for accounting records including accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable.úGenerating aging reports for payables and receivables and presenting for review by Senior Accountant & HOF,ÿúPreparing bank, supplier and customer reconciliations on periodic basis,ÿ
