? Provide technical advices to customers and sales team.? Perform products samples application at customer sites to obtain the approval of products.? Handling customer complains process for proper solutions.? Documentation and reporting.? Ensure the compliance of 5S and safety regulations in all application areas.? Regular maintenance of all instruments.? KAIZEN initiative.? Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.?
