Job Description

Job Purpose: We are seeking a customer-focused and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and guidance throughout their automotive maintenance and repair processResponsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, effectively building rapport and establishing trust.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the automotive technicians, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns, accurately record information, and assess vehicle needs.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, utilizing diagnostic tools and expert knowledge to identify issues and provide detailed explanations to customers.
  • Determine the appropriate service or repair needed and provide accurate estimates for both time and cost.
  • Advise customers on the necessary preventative maintenance and services required to maintain their vehicles performance.
  • Maintain exceptional product knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
