Executive & Technical Duties

Overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing finished products.
Optimizing warehousing processes (storing & loading) as an effective team leader.
Managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouses.
Responsible for full implementation of the procedures regarding product preservation as quality and quantity during loading and storing processes.
Efficiently supervise the loading of all trucks and containers.
Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
Managing and modeling the safety culture and strive for 100% compliance concerning safety policies and procedures.
Direct the daily housekeeping and maintaining the workplace clean, tidy and in excellent conditions to ensure good housekeeping of the work area.
Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse?s grounds, loaders, and equipment.
Working closely with internal management to execute all planned programs.
Adhering to all policies and procedures relating to product quality & quantity.
Maintaining and control warehouse inventory to keep shrink at acceptable level.
Training and supervising a staff of warehouse personnel
Performing any duties related to his job as assigned by superintendent.
