Objectives:—¸ Work as fulltime SmartPlant Foundation administrator of the projects service, locating in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, during project execution phase.—¸ As part of the DDTS SP Tools global supporting team to provide a reliable solution of SP Tools system to local, on-site and off-site projects service, keep updating the solution to meet users demand. Main Tasks:SPF & Non-TEF Uploading:1. To analyze SPF schema and administration configuration and provide required configuration information to index team,2. To export documentation from SPF system as per excel list.3. To validate metadata excel by using QCS utility. Find if any conflict issues existing and contact with INDEXING TEAM to fix.4. To create/revise/use Macro in excel utility to generate SPF uploading xml files.5. To upload documentation along with metadata properties, TAGS, relationship into SPF system. Resolve any issues during uploading.6. To validate and check all published data in SPF as per SOW. Do data enhancement in SPF, like resolve missing, duplicated, inconsistence, in-consolidate, un-identified, redundant, invalid issues, etc.7. To complete general document management jobs, like delete, sign-off, export, download, attach, etc.8. To make project summary report for all uploading jobs.TEF Publishing:1. To publish TEF documentation from Application Tools (SPPID/SPI/SP3D) into SPF. Resolve all publishing error.2. To review published documentation & data in SPF, verify if successfully or have any issues during data loading and consolidating.3. To resolve all TEF documentation issues, make sure all documentation published successfully with necessary properties, all viewed PDF created, all TAGs created and related with published documentation, all properties following FDS & mapping requirements, all intelligent drawings have the hotspot.4. To create new properties mapping EF schema between SPF and Application Tools.5. To test/manage/maintain integration environment.
