Job Description Develop PMO strategic plans and KPIs. Focus on optimizing digital investments while identifying opportunities to improve business process effectiveness and efficiency. Understand various approaches to building program/project dashboards and reporting. Develop new PMO processes. Perform enhancement activities on methodologies, processes, governance, tools, and templates. Identify, categorize, and assess Project Managers? skills and levels across all program functions. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the digital program portfolio. Track project master schedules, classification, and prioritization to enhance professional and world-class portfolio management capabilities. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, legislation, policies, and procedures applicable to all projects. Follow up with Project Managers to ensure timely, budget-aligned delivery that meets business needs and stakeholder satisfaction. Maintain and improve standards, tools, and templates to ensure high-quality selection, gating, and delivery of programs/projects.
