Job Description

Our company is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The Store Keeper will be responsible for managing all aspects of the inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate stock control, and maintaining a clean and organized storage space. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.Responsibilities:

  1. Receive, inspect, and unload incoming stock and supplies
  2. Verify and record all incoming and outgoing items
  3. Ensure all stock is properly labeled and stored in designated areas
  4. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, including regular stock counts and reporting any discrepancies
  5. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and maintain optimal stock levels
  6. Prepare and package items for shipping and delivery
  7. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring proper storage and handling of all items
  8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
  9. Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of warehouse equipment
  10. Assist in the implementation of inventory management systems and processes
Preferred Candidate:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar role
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management software
  9. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and guidelines
  10. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
