Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for Supervisor, Warehouse Management Located in Jubail, KSAJob Purpose Supervise and monitor, receiving and issuance of spares, repairable process and spare exchange activities while keeping the assigned budget in control. Role responsibilities:

  • Plan, allocate and schedule manpower for various warehouse jobs to meet the objectives based on the procedural standards and guidelines.
  • Identify the missing skills of the staff and ensure that team is well trained with respect to the desired criteria.
  • Ensure the workplace is maintained clean and tidy at all times in line with company standards
  • Ensure that all staff is punctual at the workplace and carry out their job in a proper manner.
  • Ensure that staff overtime is recorded properly, and they are being paid accordingly.
  • Guide team on the resolution of any on-going issue in order to enable them to resolve complex issues applying the same resolution process.
  • Handle Toolbox talk and monitor the incident reporting system.
  • Identify training requirements for technicians and organise On Job Training program to ensure improvements in the quality of work and enhancement of staff skills.
  • Ensure the effective achievement of functional objectives through the supervision of the team by managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to maximize subordinate?s performance.
Qualification and Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years related experience
  • Diploma Holder
  • SAP Knowledge
