An exciting opportunity is available forSpecialist II, Data Center. Reports to Manager, Data Center & Cloud Job purpose: Development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of EBS Data centers in a multi-domain/multi-national/multi-lingual environment, ensuring the on-going success of the business and alignment with global strategies and objectives.Role responsibilities:

• Should be strong in all the following areas: Microsoft Active Directory, AD security and hardening, Microsoft Servers, DHCP, DNS, Azure DC, Azure Networking, Server Provisioning, Storage, backup and Virtualization.
• support the operations of Data centres, which include the following:
  • Servers, power, cooling, raised floor, fire protection, UPS, storage,
  • Server services, backup services, directory services, security of infrastructure, client and mobility services.
• Designing, managing, implementing, and controlling Inorganic growth, Carveout, Integration, Cloud migration and critical projects.
• Strong Experience in HPE servers
• Strong Experience in Vmware
• Design, implement and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and capacity planning of vSphere environment.
• Proactively identify and perform hardware and software upgrades.
• Evaluate new products and recommends updates and upgrades
• Monitor, analyse and proactively respond to trends and issues related to Data centres and IT systems globally
• Undertake complex and non-routine problems and identify resolution using a range of problem-solving techniques and computational methods
• Escalate issues that exceed his capability, knowledge or experience, including external referral, to ensure effective and timely resolution
• Develop short-term and long-term work plans based on business requirements and prioritization
• Allocate self and contractors to ensure to meet timelines as per approved work plans.
• Participate in team meetings to be informed on EBS strategic plans and come up with ideas and initiatives to improve work environment, EBS processes, learning and team contribution
• Recommend initiatives to improve systems availability, integrity and capacity.
• Prepare RFPs, scope of work reports, technical evaluation and other documentation for IT projects
• Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.
• Conduct research to identify new technologies that may add value to the business.

• Bachelor?s degree.
• Prefer degree in IT or related discipline.
• 5+ years relevant experience with System Admin and Data Canter.
• Vmware certifications with at least 3 years? experience in Mid/Enterprise domains
• Any additional other recognized certifications are preferred.
• Experience in mid/large sized corporate IT environment.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience in HP servers
• Virtualization and provisioning experience (at least 3 years VMware experience)
• ITIL V3 Foundations or applied knowledge.
