We are looking for Senior HR Executive for UAERequired:i) MBA in Human Resources / MHRM with excellent communication Skills are preferred.ii) Minimum 7 years of experience in HR Generalist and should have thorough Knowledge in UAE Labour Lawiii) Design compensation and benefits packages.iv) Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understands and comply with themv) Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employeesvi) Grievance Handlingvii) Measure employee retention and turnover ratesviii) Candidate Should have good proficiency in English & Hindiix) Candidates with experience in Transportation (UAE) are preferred.
