? LOADING AND UNLOADING MATERIALS Load and Unload materials and equipments from incoming suppliers and stack them to assigned area/ racks.? STAGING MATERIALS Locate, move and stage stock of materials to pallets or racks for storage or for issuing/Inspection.? EQUIPMENTS INSPECTION & MAINTENANCEMaintain inspection and maintenance program for all warehouse equipment and initiate and follow up all required maintenance requisitions for warehouse equipment.? Support Materials Movements ActivitiesSupport different materials movements activities when required. Ensure that information/ data in the system are accurate and matching available quantities in physical location. Report any damaged/variance and acquire required approval for adjustment as per company policy.? PROJECT/TURNAROUND RETURN/ LEFT OVER MATERIALS Provide required support for storing/dispatching returned/left over Materials from Projects/ Turnaround.? SAFETYMaintain safety awareness and enforce safety standards in different warehouse storage space and equipment through stocking heavy materials and equipment in lower/ grounded shelves and comply with maximum capacity of each storage rack in order to meet the Company tenets of operation and safety regulation.? REPORTS DELIVERIESProvide required reports regarding equipment conditions, repair quires as requested by management.
