- Execute all actions in preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration and testing of all instrumentation, which is critical to the maintenance of high purity products in the operational process.- Study the work orders received, understand the work required to be completed and execute them in accord with the work order requirements.- Apply for and obtain the type of work permit (general or hot work or confined space permit) needed to carry out the maintenance job.- Work with Technicians of different trades and diverse nationalities within the maintenance department and the operations department to perform multi skilled jobs like maintenance of steam turbine, preventive maintenance, etc- Check the performance of different instruments with critical equipment and follow the maintenance procedures to ascertain that those are in good working condition Check all field instruments monthly for smooth operation.- Perform corrective preventive maintenance as required, overhaul the control valves, calibrate all transmitters and carry out all required instrument repairs to ensure that the instruments are well calibrated and in good working condition for smooth operations.- Execute all instrument maintenance in accord with the standard procedures documented in the Maintenance Manual.
