Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in a supervisory position. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the security operations of our facility. You will work closely with the security team to ensure the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and property. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security team.
  2. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
  3. Conduct regular security inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
  4. Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies.
  5. Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation.
  6. Train and educate security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  8. Stay updated on the latest security technologies and trends.
  9. Manage and maintain security equipment and systems.
  10. Assist in the recruitment and selection of security personnel.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience in a supervisory role in security.
