Knowledge and experience managing IT best practices: project management and portfolio, application development and deployment life-cycle, IT services delivery framework (ITSM),? Understand the latest concepts of SAP Activate.? Understanding of SAP Product portfolio and architectures? Strong communication skills and business acumen? Propose holistic solutions to resolve operational pain points? Strong Understand of SAP End to End Process? Ability to maintain the process and technology for identifying and tracking continuous improvement initiatives?
