Job Profile and DescriptionWork with Sales team to develop account-gaining strategies and to give required marketing support to develop business successfully on time and to meet stated targets on Volumes, Revenue and profit.Work with a Sales team in a coordinated manner to research, understand the customer needs, and determine overall business and marketing solutions to achieve growth. Establish, set up and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to existing and potential customers in a coordinated fashion with Sales team to provide market input and build market information and data on clients, products and market segmentation to maximize Company profile, visibility and market intelligence and customer approvals.Identify business and marketing opportunities to provide business growth and added value solutions.Understand the business issues in-depth and combine them with a market strategy to determine solutions that will provide improved business value and growth.Duties and Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing and communicating within the organization on how the company products and marketing services influence business opportunities for growth
• Participate in customer needs assessments and solution finding sessions.
• Reviewing and reporting on customer operations for improving business process opportunities.
• Reviewing and reporting on competitor activities in terms of product/ staff/ market activities with a view to improving our business opportunities
• Understanding product and service capability gaps or functionality to define ways of improving how our business is carried out.
• Defining the best company Market strategy to address requirements of business growth and opportunities.
• Designing and delivering market presentations based on the current and market forecasts for our industry
• Requesting and coordinating resources required to support sales department.
• Identify and arrange the Participation in all respects at relevant and key conferences, tradeshows, and other events as required by the Department within the limits as defined by the budget.
• Define and manage all requirements for the marketing support of the sales team in terms of providing all material and equipment on time and in sufficient quantity and quality eg: material samples, hard copy submittal files , market distribution packs, brochures , Gift Items, note pads, assisting with web site updates, banner and stand design, leaflets , fliers, mailshots and other essential marketing back up.
• Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the company products, functions, features and benefits.
• Developing and maintaining business and client data base contact information as these relates to product development.
• Providing vendor and client approval compliance to the fullest extent and for the greatest benefit and to keep updated records soft and hard copy of all records of all certificates and approvals and for inclusion in the soft and hard copy submittals files which fall under this responsibility.
• To provide all data required for the completion of accurate and detailed submissions of month end sales and marketing reports.
• Identify, register and manage prospective Project Leads for our materials in major Industry and application areas and refer these to the sales department for follow up.
• Presenting company services and products to current and prospective clients.
• Identify sales opportunities by identifying customer requirements; defining market, competitors share, and competitors strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business opportunities and assisting with strategies to establish targeted market share and KPI?s
• Willingness and desire to travel extensively
• Taking care of marketing samples to be available to present them to our clients in?any required time by asking production and QC to prepare the
