We Require Safety Officer For Jubail Saudi ArabiaRole PurposeTo oversee occupational health and safety (OHS) programs, enforce compliance with Saudi safety laws, and protect employees, facilities, and operations from risks and hazards.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement OHS policies and programs aligned with Saudi regulations and company standards.- Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures across sites and operations.- Advise and train employees on safety-related topics such as machinery use, noise levels, and protective equipment.- Inspect premises and facilities to identify hazards, unsafe practices, or non-compliance.- Stop unsafe acts or processes immediately when identified.- Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.- Ensure compliance with Saudi safety laws and regulations, including Ministry of Labor and Civil Defense requirements.- Oversee installations, maintenance, and disposal of hazardous substances to ensure safe handling.- Organize OHS training sessions for employees and management.- Maintain records and documentation of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective measures.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.- NEBOSH/OSHA certification or equivalent is highly preferred.- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial safety, preferably in construction, oil & gas, or logistics sectors.- Strong knowledge of Saudi safety regulations and international standards.- Excellent communication and training skills.Skills & Competencies- Risk assessment and hazard identification.- Knowledge of emergency response procedures.- Ability to enforce compliance and influence safe behavior.- Strong reporting and documentation skills.- Team collaboration and leadership.Work Environment- Based in Jubail Industrial City, Eastern Province.- Requires site visits, inspections, and coordination with government authorities.
