Job Description

We are seeking a Safety Officer with experience in facilities management to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees and the workplace, with a specific focus on facilities management. You will work closely with management to develop and implement safety policies and procedures, conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, and provide training to employees on safety protocols related to facilities management.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for facilities management to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  3. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses related to facilities management to determine the root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  4. Provide safety training to employees on topics such as safe operation of equipment, proper handling of hazardous materials, and emergency response procedures specific to facilities.
  5. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions related to facilities management.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 1-4 years of experience as a Safety Officer with a focus on facilities management.
  2. Knowledge of local safety regulations and industry standards in relation to facilities management.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
