Conduct Safety & Health audits to identify and correct workplace hazards, unsafe equipment?s, working practices or working conditions to ensure compliance to defined standards and regulations.
Conducts daily Safety Inspection in all Areas of Factory to identify existing and potential hazards.
Recommends corrective actions to department managers to resolve safety, health and environmental issues and fire protection and prevention.
Health & Safety Environment (HSE)Compliance& Documentation
Formulates and compiles Health and Safety Procedures in close coordination with the department heads.
Checks and observes the proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, face masks and the like while inside the plant.
Reports all cases of non-conformance to HSE procedure inside the plant.
Reports to respective manager any incidence of accidents for immediate attention.
Ensures all incidents are documented and reported properly for submission to HR & Admin for immediate processing of GOSI Claims.
Prepares accident analysis to be presented during the HSE meeting.
Monitor and analyze records of workplace injuries and illness to identify areas of concern.
?????????Prepare the relevant Safety reports for submission to the appropriate parties to serve as reference tools in future decision making.Training & Development?????????Develops training materials and conducts safety, fire training to all employees and staff for implementation to all parts of the business to inculcate to the staff the importance of health & safety safe practices in their activities.?????????Supervises the Health & Safety Environment compliance in various plant sites.Loss Prevention?????????Prepare, review and update the Standards / General Instructions, and Loss Prevention Technical studies as and when required by immediate manager,in line with the Company?s Safety, Health & Environmental Standards to ensure that utmost safety & health briefings were given and integrate the same in the operation or production activities.?????????Monitor and evaluate the conduct of the Loss Prevention Programs and activities to the relevant businesses / sites / offices to ensure its implementation and effectiveness to the intended parties / business.
Prepare / schedule of SH&E Audit of all Facilities by relevant parties.
Special Assignment?????????Works on special projects and other duties that may be assigned from time to time.?????????Conduct SH & E Training Programs to new employees (Senior Staff / Supervisors).?????????Review and recommend changes to improve / enhance the said training programs / activities.
