POSITION- REFACTORY ENGINEERLOCATION - JUBAILEXPERIENCE - Min 10 Years Relevant Exp. within?#Refinery?/?#Petrochemical?Industry.REFERENCE?- LOCAL TRANSFERQUALIFICATION - B.E Degree in Mechanical Engineering#Outstation?candidate can apply but preference will be given to those available on Local Transfer.SPECIALIZATION MUST BE AS FOLLOWING1. Technical Expertise/certification in COMPANY standards and international codes related to stationary equipment?s refractories such as ASME, API 936 etc.?2. Asset life assessment (ALA) as per OMS procedures??Carry out investigations and failure analysis to pinpoint the failure/breakdown of stationary equipment/refractory issues. & develop suitable recommendations that will ensure optimum level of integrity.3. Completion of ESR/MOC (Engineering Service Request/Management of change) study timely.#TA?scope review & support during task force for all stationary equipment/piping. Ensure immediate technical support related to any unexpected findings during TA execution period.4. Ensure immediate technical support related to the mechanical integrity of the equipments with refractory in case of plant emergencies5. Participate in or utilize COMPANY ATC virtual domains supports on particular special topic/subject related to stationary equipment as required6. Get familiar / involved with development, review and update of fixed equipment/refractory integrity strategy like?#RBI?and?#RCM?or any other methodology followed by the department.[#Risk_Base_Inspection?#Root_Cause_Analysis,?#Reliability_Centered_Maintenance]
