About the Position:?? To provide analysis and forecast of feedstock and utility supply for the production of affiliates? output in order to optimize manufacturing supply and cost. This position is reporting to Value Chain Planning Dept.?Major Duties/Responsibilities:?? Product Supply Forecast - Acquire, gain alignment and quality check the required data inputs for rolling supply planning (for assigned Affiliates):??????? Plant availability.??????? Known and possible production constraints.??????? Forecasted plant load profile (capacity utilization).??????? Captive product use and forecasted available sales volumes.??????? Planned maintenance and turn-around schedules.??????? Ad-hoc maintenance and turn-around schedules.??????? Feedstock and key chemical/additive planning in collaboration with Marketing Analysts.??????? Update production forecasts following unplanned outages, emergence of new constraints and changes to planned T/As (timing & duration).?? Analysis and Reporting (for assigned Affiliates):??????? Daily Production Report (lead as assigned).??????? Manufacturing input to weekly Planning and Marketing Report.??????? Ensure completion of actions from S&OP Meetings.??????? Ensure base monthly SAP data is validated and available in line with agreed deadlines.??????? Monitor and report production volumes vs. Plan.??????? Monitor and report on-stream time and capacity utilization vs. Plan.??????? Monitor and report the impact of deviations from Plan.?? Annual Business Plan (for assigned Affiliates)??????? Collate and analyse base manufacturing data and targets.??????? Incorporate Turn-around Plans ensuring correct phasing. of integrated plants to minimize interruption of plant operations.??????? Revise manufacturing data as required following reviews.?? Feedstock and Utility Supply (for assigned Affiliates)??????? Ensure Affiliates are fully informed of current and future availability and issues.??????? Ensure any known curtailments or disruptions are incorporated into the rolling Manufacturing Plan.??????? Ensure suppliers are fully informed of scheduled plant outages, and of the expected duration of unplanned outages.
