Job Description

  • Responsible for ensuring the product produced and supplied is as per product specification/customer requirements.
  • Create and implement a documented procedure for QA department as per ISO/API standard
  • Authorizing the Inward / In process/ Final inspection
  • Reviewing the Product Validation for thread protectors process as 5CT Annex I
  • Receiving/ analyzing and resolving the customer complain
  • Suggesting the corrective and prevention action for the customer complain
  • Responsible for keeping the Instrument up to date calibrated at any time.
  • Responsible for effectiveness of QMS in your dept.
  • Accountable for the results from the activities you are responsible & authorized for.
