Oversee welding procedure qualification and generate welding procedures to assist manufacturing and welding personnel. ïKnowledge and practical experience of common manufacturing processes as welding , assembly , testing , painting , …. . ïArranging and conducting PQR and WQT ïEnsure that all manufacturing processes are in compliance with the relevant codes and specifications. SkillsïEducation : Bsc Degree or Diploma (5 years) in engineering. Mechanical or any equivalent engineering stream is preferred. ïSpecialized knowledge : Should be able to handle basic QC tools, basic knowledge of design and construction of materials, etc. ïSkills : Good communication, fluent in English, computer proficiency etc. ïAbilities : Team work, taking new assignments etc. ïOther characteristics such as personal characteristics : Discipline, Punctuality, Hard working, committed to work etc. ïProfessional Certification : Certification of painting (Bgas is a must and Certification on Welding Inspector preferred. ïExperience : 3 year industrial experience for Degree engineers and 5 years for Diploma engineers. ïCertification in painting (Bgas ) is mandatory , welding certification is preferable.ïKnowledge in ASME Sec II, Sec V, Sec VIII, Sec IX, SAUDI ARAMCO standards and shall be familiar with CS, SS, Inconel and Alloy steel fabrication and inspection.ïThorough Knowledge on Requirements of ASME Sec. IX ïKnowledge of Fabrication of Pressure vessel/Heat Exchangers.
