? Responsible for planning and optimized distribution of manpower and materials on each plant in accordance to the current demand and workloads, making sure that deadlines are met.? Responsible for the order, safety and quality control on the site.? Performs design calculations for the engineered scaffoldings.? Monitor the progresses and production on site and recommend to PM for an increase/reduction in manpower and materials as necessary.? Monitor the performance of supervisors making sure that they submitted their daily production reports for HOC encoding.? Responsible for the accuracy of all reports coming from site and submitted to the Site Administrator.? Recommend any action/s to PM for the improvement on site condition and production.? Act as PM in the absence of the PM (vacation, illness, etc.)
