-Review RFQ?s and clarify the technical requirements with the customer customer. (Support to the sales team)-Coordinate all project elements including engineering design, quality planning, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and final buy-off phases-Manage the project within the calculated budget-Review and comment all engineering deliverables (PID, PFD, functional description, isometrics, specifications, datasheets?)-Plan project requirements and resources, including the sourcing of subcontract elements, tools, equipment.-React promptly and effectively to change order request by the client-Anticipate any potential project risks, identifying and establishing corrective actions-Produce deliverables on-time to customer requirements, clarifying these requirements where necessary-Issue Minutes of meeting, site reports, MOS, JSA and maintain proper project documentation in the server-Issue and review RFQ?s or scope of work for subcontractors-Follow-up, discuss and negotiate service and commissioning quotes with customers for projects, trouble shooting or Turn around activities-Participate actively in installation activities on site and lead the commissioning and start-up works as well as any needed trouble shooting-Supervision of sub-contractor execution works on site-Scheduling field service activities and coordinate the travel of the engineers.-Issue final project calculation and coordinate invoicing process with the finance team.
