Job Description

The primary duty of the Plant Operators is to operate the sophisticated plant equipmentsafely, making quality products.

  • Operate the sophisticated plastic production lines of the plant which include twin screw extruders, material handling and feeding systems, water circulation systems etc
  • Use computer systems to monitor and control the operation of the lines
  • Prepare raw material batches and feed the production lines (lifting 25 Kg on packaging)
  • Learn and apply the proper safety rules and procedures to assure a safe working environment
  • Initial troubleshooting of the problems during production and directly solve the simpler ones
  • Monitor, Measure and check the quality specifications for the final product. Perform quality tests as needed.
  • Help in maintenance activities as guided
  • Production line cleaning (Housekeeping)
