Chemical engineering degree from an approved university. Total industrial experience shall not be less than 12 years.? Experience on Thermal Steam Cracker (olefin units) and Pygas Hydrogenation / Extraction for Aromatics technology with operation of not less than 10 years.?Required to have an understanding of a DCS system. Must be able to provide development and review of Operating Discipline (review and approval of procedures).?Experience in plant startup / shutdown and troubleshooting.? Identify areas for improvement and network with technical resources who are identifying Most Effective Technology? Experience in technical product quality reviews and potential impacts on ethylene consumers.? Must have excellent communications skills with regards to technology aspects (Microsoft platforms), and technical agreements.? Good use of engineering calculation tools and process simulation with optimization of energy and utilities skills.?
