The primary duty of the Plant Operators is to operate the sophisticated plant equipmentsafely, making quality products.Operate the sophisticated plastic production lines of the plant which include twin screwextruders, material handling and feeding systems, water circulation systems etc? Use computer systems to monitor and control the operation of the lines? Prepare raw material batches and feed the production lines (lifting 25 Kg on packaging)? Learn and apply the proper safety rules and procedures to assure a safe working environment? Initial troubleshooting of the problems during production and directly solve the simpler ones? Monitor, Measure and check the quality specifications for the final product. Perform quality testsas needed.? Help in maintenance activities as guided? Production line cleaning (Housekeeping)
