O&M Manager is responsible for O&M, availability, reliability asset integrity and compliance with corporate and international standards or guidelines of all assets of NOMAC/ACWA The O&M Manager will ensure compliance to O&M contracts and lead the O&M team, diagnosis, root cause analysis services, and centralized SCADA monitoring and repair facilities, supporting Predictive Analytics and Diagnostics solution while proposing existing or new solutions as required. He/ she shall also be responsible for delivering the budgeted profits and dividends from NOMAC.The Head O&M will set the O&M strategy, policies, procedures and standards of best practice for the. He or She is accountable for technical support, quality & risk management and life cycle cost optimization.
