Responsible for operating and monitoring metal melting furnaces (such as copper), adjusting temperature levels, and handling raw materials while ensuring the melting process meets production quality and safety standards. You will work within the production team and adhere to industrial safety protocols inside the plant.Duties & Responsibilities* Operate the metal melting furnace according to standard operating procedures.* Safely load copper or other raw metals into the furnace.* Monitor temperature levels and adjust them according to production requirements.* Oversee the melting process and ensure the desired quality and quantity of output.* Pour the melted metal into molds or production lines as required.* Conduct regular inspections of the furnace to ensure operational safety and prevent malfunctions.* Clean the work area and furnace after each production cycle.* Report any technical issues or safety hazards to the direct supervisor.* Adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.* Record daily operational data (temperature ? quantity ? operating time).* Collaborate with the maintenance team when necessary for repairs.
