Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the mechanical activities of our projects. You will ensure that all mechanical work is carried out according to the project plans, specifications, and industry standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and schedule mechanical activities for projects, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and meets deadlines.
  2. Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanical technicians and contractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
  3. Inspect and test mechanical systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and in accordance with specifications.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues that arise during the course of a project.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
  6. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including work performed, materials used, and equipment maintenance.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective project coordination and communication.
  8. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, and participate in training and development activities.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in the field of mechanical engineering.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
  2. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment, including HVAC, pumps, compressors, and piping systems.
  4. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  8. Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to mechanical work.
  9. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools.
