Role 1: MECHANICAL ENGINEER - RCM Consultant with Meridian ExperienceWe are looking for Certified Reliability Engineers with over Onsite: 12-15 years / Offshore 10-12 Years of experience in core maintenance function in mechanical engineering - static & rotary for Oil & Gas (Both Upstream & Down Stream) and Petrochemical industry. The incumbent should be responsible for advocating and building maintenance strategies, SOPs, KPIs & Metrics with ability to perform RCA, RAM, FMEA, FPA, RBI, LCC, Criticality assessment etc. leveraging API, ISO, IEEE, SOX, DAMA, Industry 4.0 etc. standards / best practices for making our customers setup and sustain WCM and RCM roadmaps and guide in their journey of process and digital transformation. Knowledge of SAP EAM, GE APM or equivalent software would be critical for selection.Additional Competencies:Corrosion Engineering: Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry with demonstrated experience for corrosion loops development, critical process parameters identification, degradation mechanism assignment and corrosion engineering principles. He / she shall preferably be certified in any of the API 571, API 510, API 570 API 653, and API 580.& / OrRisk based Inspection: Minimum 7 years? experience in conducting risk based inspection methodology in a Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry. A certification in API 580 and hands on experience in a software package (GE APM) for conducting RBI assessments is highly desirable.& / OrField Inspection Minimum 10 years? experience in performing non-destructive testing in the field. He / she shall be able to identify condition monitoring locations in the field and add initial thickness monitoring data to the Inspection management module in the GE APM software.****************************************************************************************************************Role 2: ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER - RCM ConsultantsWe are looking for Certified Reliability Engineers with over Onsite: 12-15 years / Offshore 10-12 Years of experience in core maintenance function in electrical and instrumentation engineering - static & rotary for Oil & Gas (Both Upstream & Down Stream) and Petrochemical industry. The incumbent should be responsible for advocating and building maintenance strategies, SOPs, KPIs & Metrics with ability to perform RCA, RAM, FMEA, FPA, RBI, LCC, Criticality assessment etc. leveraging API, ISO, IEEE, SOX, DAMA, Industry 4.0 etc. standards / best practices for making our customers setup and sustain WCM and RCM roadmaps and guide in their journey of process and digital transformation. Knowledge of SAP EAM, GE APM or equivalent software would be critical for selection.Additional Competencies:Electrical Design Modulation: Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry with demonstrated experience for Electrical Design Optimization, Performance Measurement & Control, Cause & Impact analysis from RAM aspects of Plant Operations and Control Management for improved performance and automation of Electrical Systems of different make and model within client organizations. Enable and optimize design of interconnected electrical systems leveraging GE APM and SAP technologies by applying international IEEE, IEC etc. standards.& / OrInstrumentation Design Modulation: Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry with demonstrated experience for Instrumentation Design Optimization, Performance Measurement & Control, Cause & Impact analysis from RAM aspects of Plant Operations and Control Management for improved performance and automation of I&C Systems of different make and model within client organizations including but not limited to Alarm Optimization. Enable and optimize design of interconnected electrical systems leveraging GE APM and SAP technologies by applying international IEEE, IEC etc. standards.
