Marketing & Estimation Engineer - Pre Engineering buildingsRequirements:•BE (Mechanical)•Minimum 7~10Years’ Experience as Marketing proposal & estimation Engineer (Mechanical) in Gulf Countries specially in the domain of PRE ENGINEEREING BUILDING SYSTEMS (experience in Kirby . Zamil , AIC etc. added advantage )•Having good Knowledge of Design with capabilities to developing and updating schedule for projects Scope of work to Design team , independently with good written & verbal communication skills, good command on MS Excel, Word, Power Point.•Having experience of monitoring cost of project with respect to the budget and supporting PM for controlling the same if abnormalities are evident.•Ability to prepare cost estimates for change/variation orders and follow-up with client for timely submission and approval of same.•To achieve Sales volume as per Companys objectives with emphasis on profit maximization & enhancing Market Share.•Develop effective pricing strategy in conjunction with Senior Management.•Effective coordination and participation with Production & other departments to ensure timely completion of Job.•Develop new product line to enhance product portfolio.•Optimum utilization of available resources.•Timely collection of outstanding balance in market.•Submitting monthly reports of the activities carried out.•To promote the company in most efficient manner, high standard at all times with adequate safety measuresJob Location: Jubail
