? Market Survey includes collecting & maintaining database of all major ongoing EPC projects in KSA, data collection or research may be related to subcontractor formation, evaluating workload of all subcontractors, progress of project, conducting surveys etc.? Conducting surveys can be through personal interview, observations, online research, telephonic, mail etc.? Continuous reporting to management on happenings of KSA Construction business, through weekly or biweekly report.? Maintain subcontractor relation by visiting regular intervals to their office, job site etc.? Visiting Existing & potential customers, Government agencies, subcontractors for gathering the information as needed by internal customer.? Supporting Marketing & proposal team for any specific request related to subcontracting in KSA e.g Market Research for Piping fabrication shop, Manpower supply unit rates.? Supporting for new proposal by providing inputs on subcontractor rates includes Floating RFQ?s ,Clarification, negotiation, preparation of CBE etc? Conducting market research on Construction Material, Equipment, Manpower and periodic reporting on trends.? Co-ordination with Samsung Head Quarters proposal, Construction & Marketing team.General Characteristic(Job Summary)? Perform analysis of construction market overview, trends and forecast under the direction of management.? Support& lead for data collection and analysis to improve the overall competency in the market, support for Risk assessment, input for strategy finalization etc.? Must lead independent survey and construction data collection & analysis includes related to material, Manpower, Equipment, KSA projects, subcontractos, competitors, Potential clients/projects etc.? Should poses skills related to competitor intelligence
