Supervises the activities of maintenance sections and operations in the division.
Ensures the smooth and continuous plant operation.
Maintains safe and clean work environment.
Directs and controls the maintenance operation.
Monitors the progress of maintenance jobs.
Manages and develops a high performing that meets agreed objectives and deliveries best practice results.
Performs skilled repair and maintenance operations such as mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation jobs.
Implements the provisions of ISO 9001:2015.
Addresses unscheduled maintenance requirements in the plant.
Controls and monitors the resources for maintenance works.
Renders periodic report to the Process and Safety Engineer.
Participates in the development of maintenance policies and procedures.
Ensures suitability of Training and Development of the technicians and associated team members.
As needed, prepares staff performance reports.
